About WV-NICE

The West Virginia Network for Infection Control and Epidemiology (WV-NICE) is a collaborative effort between Marshall University and West Virginia University to create regional consultation centers for infection prevention and control.  The project is funded by grants awarded to the School of Medicine at both institutions through West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR).

Enhance access to evidence-based infection prevention and control strategies for all West Virginians.

Our Mission

To provide expert advice, education, and training in the areas of infectious diseases, infection control and infection prevention to facilities and organizations in West Virginia.
